The hotel had a lovely location, with stunning views of the surrounding area. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a clean and well-maintained bathroom. the staff provided exceptional service, making our stay even more enjoyable. the highlight was the delicious dinner and breakfast, which exceeded our expectations. We were also impressed with the helpfulness of the staff, who took the time to assist us in wearing traditional attire.
The lack of an elevator made it difficult for us to carry our heavy luggage to our second-floor room.

I had an amazing time at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to assist me. They even tried their best to teach me how to wear a kimono, despite the language barrier. The hotel facilities were superb, and everything was spotlessly clean. The breakfast provided was delicious and satisfying.
Nothing bad to say.

The chef really knows how to create a wonderful dining experience. , the location of the hotel was great. It was conveniently located near some popular tourist spots and had easy access to public transportation. We were able to explore the city without any hassle. the staff was kind and friendly, trying their best to assist us even though their English skills were limited.
The lack of an elevator in the building. It was quite tiring to carry our heavy luggage up to our second-floor room.
